Call Center Specialist Full time hours work from home.

Job Requirements

Call Center Specialist will report to the program Supervisor.

Call Center Specialist will be assisting individuals with financial or non-financial needs.

Responsible for gathering information to screen potential clients and them matching them to the appropriate resources.

Treating each individual with professionalism and compassion

Adhere to departmental scripts and protocols when processing client’s intakes, crisis handling procedures, active listening, speaking clearly and leading the calls.

Informs supervisor of any call that need to be escalated and or service delays so that proper follow-up with external agencies can occur

Maintain up to date and accurate client information, professional standards.

Must have high school Diploma or GED

Bilingual Spanish a Plus.
